The real unfortunate bit is every single thing before Turn 5 is very well made and very fun, so you want to keep playing because of those encounters.

Because there is money involved with world first... those Saudi Oil princes love giving their money to world firsts. Also, a real shame of it is that all of us who HAVE invested so much of our time in progress are unwilling to give up the information we DO have and have worked so hard to obtain, so coming to any level of agreement on the brokenness of the later parts of this encounter is exceedingly difficult.
I don't know what part of BC YOU are talking about, but I remember bashing my head against the wall multiple in Gruul, then Kara then freaking SSC and The Eye. Yah sure you could just read a tooltip.Dungeon journal is a new thing. I'm saying that WoW did it right BC and WotLK, before the journal. When a boss used an ability and you had no idea what it was doing, you could read a tool tip to get some idea.
The abilities didn't tell you exactly how to counter them, but they gave you enough hints that you didn't just go 'Wtf is that? Let's wipe to it for two hours, while making complete guesses as to what it does, and having no idea if our guess was right.'
Learning bosses and figuring out strategies is fun in moderation. Twintania takes it too far.
I'd be amazed if any FCs who have been wiping to her for the past 3+ weeks are enjoying their time in Turn 5.
What information would you like? Also, a real shame of it is that all of us who HAVE invested so much of our time in progress are unwilling to give up the information we DO have and have worked so hard to obtain, so coming to any level of agreement on the brokenness of the later parts of this encounter is exceedingly difficult.
I find it intriguing that NONE of BG is making all these "broken" claims.
Honestly the fights not broken, but any critical damage on non tanks will kill you so the rng is pretty severe.
When twintania triple splits at 51459hp (10%) have each of your tanks and one melee character (preferably DRG) split them up on neurolinks so the dmg inc is reduced.
I don't really "need" information or would "like" information. I simply want other people who have actually made significant progress in the encounter (Read: Making it to divebomb phase and limit breaking through the explosion with adds still alive is not significant progress) to weigh in their input on the brokenness of the later phases of the encounter and the mechanics they involve. The problem for many guilds (us included) is that doing so in a detailed and useful manner 1) reveals too much information about the mechanics themselves and 2) reveals how much progress has been made.
Because BG isn't willing to give any hint toward their progress in the encounter. If the encounter weren't broken, it would have been killed already. Just stop.
And this type of post is the crux of one of the problems.
Twintania can't crit (Nor can most bosses... I believe Titan is an exception). There is zero tank RNG whatsoever in this encounter. Everything tank related can be 100% controlled and easily dealt with.
