Hi, just use DF and don't let them spoil your fun, black list them and report them if they are abusive! LFM = looking for more e.g LF1M = looking for one more etcI'm at the point where i need to do CM for the first time to continue the story, but i just haven't felt like doing it, as i'd like to watch the cutscenes on my first run, but don't wanna get all that verbal abuse, so i just started leveling my miner class instead. Thought about shouting for a CM party that are ok with watching cutscenes, but doubt i'd have any luck with that.
And while we're at it, i know LFG means looking for group, but what does LFM mean? Looking for members?
That's because most people that get bullied or victimised become scared to speak back or put up a fight. It also makes them feel like this is the norm and it should be accepted.
People only have one first time. To repeatedly and consciously ruin that for people on a daily basis sure is classy.
It's even more hilarious to think these new players are in the wrong, when all they did was exactly what the game told them to do.
Yeah guess i should just watch it my first time and ignore the rage, i don't wanna grief players, but i'd just like to experience the game content/story like the developers intended, at least on my first run.
And thanks for explaining LFM![]()
You're not griefing them. They're griefing you.
Don't get bullied, just watch them and ignore the nagging. And report abusive players.
This is what I did on my first Praetorium run (didn't get any complaint during my first CM). People were pissed that I watched all the cs, they kept running forward and I missed some bosses, and they started insulting. Didn't care, I kept watching the cutscenes and enojoying the story as it is thought to be, and reported the bad apples.

For those who think they're being rude to other people who want you to skip the cutscene despite your first time, I just want to point out they're not integral for you to complete the dungeon. If they leave, requeue or wait for the void to fill. If they rage, let them stew. Hell, even if you wanted, you could leave the dungeon and requeue. But don't skip because someone tells you to skip, because don't need them to make the run.
"Then stop playing. Easy solution."
Funny thing is, i am not even doing dungs
I'm waiting happily for the asshats to leave. I am sure these donkeys didn't skip their cutscenes if they wanted to watch them as they raced through the content.
You can kiss my small hairy butt if you think i am skipping mine.

That why i rushed lv 50 when there are still so many ppl doing CM, Pre the first time, it is the norm to watch the cut scene
Majority rules. 3 out of the 4 want to skip? Concede and a) leave group, or b) finish run and watch at the INN.
If I'm in a group and everyone is watching, I deal with it and wait for them. If one person is watching and the rest wish to skip forward, it's not rude to ask him/her to view them later, after the run is finished.
If the group(majority) ask you to skip, just do it. Be considerate of the group and stop thinking only of yourself.
