The best way to be heard is to state you're having a problem, give as much information about the problem itself as possible, and just leave it at that. That way, the people who are in a position to fix the problem, especially if they are trying to solve it and need the information from posters, don't have to dig through a bunch of ultimatums instead of the actual information.
You are right. To post that one will not be subbing is pointless here on the forums. Its not like SE reads them anyway. However... regardless if a player came to the forums to say they wont be subbing, SE will still see that ppl are not subbing when that time comes. Vocal or not.. SE will know their customers are not happy..... again.
