I am also pleased to see my home return to me. I was devastated for a time, convinced I had caused the end of yarns.

But yes...yes...I must talk of FFXIV!

@Vergil: I simply adore what you are doing with that wardrobe(s)!

Now, I really enjoyed the CNJ storyline and I am equally intrigued by the WHM one (not yet finished there).

Was anyone else pleased with their class quests? Which class? Why?

Zone music? The Navel!!! and also Ultima's final Theme.

The Marauder quest. I actually teared up a little at the level 30 one. ;_;

I haven't played WHM in any serious manner in ARR at high levels yet, but doesn't Shroud of Saints grant a refresh effect? Is it just not very effective?

All of it is beautiful, and so for me, this actually really comes down in large part to the music. I absolutely love the calming song of Raincatcher Gully, and pretty much all the Thanalan areas. Which brings me to a question I will pose to everyone else:

What's your favorite new zone music in ARR?

You are completely right, I do often forget about enhanced Shroud only because the MP gain is so forgettable ;_;

So many to pick from. Gonna go with Urth's Gift for now. Outside of the aggresive mobs, it's a pretty place to snap pics.

I love it when the Thanalan zone music kicks up. Gridinia's zone music is a close second.

After months of planning and tons of proof reads, I'm ready to share the back stories for my characters, Astella and Buster. What was originally planned to be short bio's turned into something bigger. I didn't write it in a full, detailed story format, which would've probably tripled the story lengths. I used a lot of transition words, so my apologies to hard core book readers xD I will probably switch to that style when I delve into their parent's story.

Thanks to my love for Stellie, I do intend to continue writing stories to fill out her family's lore. I plan to post this all to her and her brother's blog pages, and will include pics and such.

The stories are best viewed at the google doc links, but I will include the links to each character's blogs as well.

Glad you liked it and glad I picked the right thing out of all the CUL class specific gear LOL It's a mild but sunny yellow, though if you don't like that colour you can always redye it or buy a 60gil vial of bleach from the dyemonger NPC's. Hopefully you'll be able to wear it soon. Triple turn in crafting leves could have you at 50 in no time ^_^

My favorite spot in all of Eorzea? Hmmm... (I'm thinking really, really hard here...) There are so many beautiful places in Eorzea. But, if i have to select just 1 location, i would say still say Gridania. If i would look over my shoulders right now and look at my fellow Company members, they would all stand there with their arms crossed, nodding and saying "Yep, she doesn't leave unless she has to." (^_^; )

My biggest achievement in this game so far is that i've managed to beat Garuda Hard Mode with my Free Company, the Beholders of Animus. I'm currently working on the Relic Reborn quest for my White Mage, in which i've entered the Primal Phase. So, the next thing on my list is to defeat all 3 Primals (Hard Mode) and complete my first Relic! \(^_^ )/

Excellent! You really cheered me up and this thread is amazing thank you all! Especially the art.

Oh, and favorite music is the music at the Observatory in Coerthas.

Fav place is Coerthas because it is so dramatic, haunting and gorgeous. Also Camp Quarrymill/Bascarron Druthers area with the Chapel of 12 because I bonded with Quarrymill in Beta and it was my first real impression of the game.

I don't have a greatest achievement yet.... [nooblet]but for now I would say my first dungeon in a party and learning to party in general is becoming my greatest. This goes back to me always playing solo in XI so partying is a huge accomplishment for me and something I always struggled to try. Also ding 40 the highest battle class I have ever had in ARR/1.0 ..[tbc]
