OP is arguing that SS is more useful compared to other WHM heals as the tank gears up and increases health pool.

Way to twist my words. I did not say it is more useful than other WHM heals, or anything even close to that. What I said was that Stoneskin scales with the tank's gear, rather than the healer's gear.
