    There's...no congestion to happen because it's a simple choose your characters and choose the world you want to transfer to, or even XI style while you talk to an NPC and get a world pass item and do it that way - If any congestion happen it won't last that long. Even if it lasts past the free days, so what? If you truly want to transfer you'll still utilize the service.

    SE doesn't "owe" anyone anything.

    It's the XIV 1.0 underwear for elvaan elezen chicks - in ARR they went with a universal model since people complained (yes complained) that there were underwear options and they needed repairs along with other armor.

    What a stupid thing to complain about, if anything i would have complained about having to see the underwear at all i mean can we say nude Miqote females Wait a minute...Ya I want to complain about something!
