    I am sorry to hear you are having such concerns. Can you please provide me your ticket number that you submitted? If you did submit one as you say I can try to contact the proper people to check on the status of it for you. If you did not submit one, you will need to submit one in order to have the Support team do a Character Data Transfer for you. Please let me know as soon as possible what the ticket number is so we can resolve this for you. Thank you.

    i really do hope i can finally get some help and resolution!

    i can absolutely provide you with ticket numbers, below you will find the ones from last month, i have more if you wish, but i thought it best to give you the most recent.

    Ticket numbers: 2692891 (this is the one i got a reply to asking me to contact some one in game, however this does not work as no one gets back to me), 2692924, 2700748, 2732039, 2742527. and these are just the ones i have to hand to re-submit after long periods of no response.

    One or two of these are regarding access, but they also mention my missing items, please look at the all if you would be so kind, as you will see how many times and how long i have waited with out notification or help, this can be days / weeks with out reply.

    please confirm, if they do an character transfer for me, will i not lose all existing progress?

    I ask as this is almost as if i am being punished for being patient after i initially reported my problem if so.

    rather then do a world transfer, can my missing items not be confirmed from the old data and then simply added using the moogle mail system, which you have done with the bonus items from the special edition and legacy items which i have received?

    the system is in place and there for it should be usable, please can i have my items back using this method as i do not wish to lose current progress?
