Remember back in the day on FFXI and there were no such thing as instances? ^^ Causing all sorts of chaos with dynamis. Not so much with BCNMs though. I do recall waiting once for a 30cap prommy group who had arrive before us.

Also - 75 minutes does kinda suck. I probably won't bother with AK tonight!

SE please snap your fingers and force people to play tanks and healers so I can get into the dungeon faster. Please SE its all your fault no matter what and only you can fix it within two seconds.

Try re-reading his post. He's not waiting for a tank or healer. He's waiting 70+ minutes in line for his team to get a server instance reserved.

This happens every Monday, with no relief coming from SE yet. I stopped doing any AK runs on Monday, and instead put together a fast Garuda farm group. Can earn the same/more tombs farming Garuda with no wait time.

I love threads like this. As if its SE's fault that the community is so horrible that majority of people who tries Tank or Heals run away screaming back to DPS/DD because it will get you cussed out less.

Well, no I take it back, they could do something to fix it- Start permanently banning anyone who trash talks/harrasses/whatever in dungeons to the tank or healer. Whammo, queue problems solved.

So there you go, SE. That's how you can make the OP of this thread happy- get to it!

The problem isn't the queue, it's the fact people only want to run CM or AK. SE, fix the Tomes drops and there won't be an issue.

What do you want SE to do about that? Force players to play more healers and tanks? Come on... TC answered their own question by mentioning the amount of players in WoW. There is a reason parties form faster and a reason it takes longer in FFXIV with everyone running around as DDs.

It's not related to role distribution, but a bottleneck on available instance servers.

Can you please read my thread. I'm not complaining about finding a Tank, or healer, or DD.

Just not sure why we're forced to wait (98 minutes I'm at now).

Here's an idea.

Trash mobs, half the HP, dungeon timer 60 minutes?

Seems like an easy way to keep people moving in and out of dungeons.

Let's face it, trash isn't the issue, people die on bosses.

This happens every Monday when Tomes reset. Everyone wants to speed through their 8 AK runs by dinner. You also don't need full AF2 to run Binding Coil. Instead of wasting time in the endless AK lineup you could get HM Primals done if you haven't and try out Turn 1. Fill a gear slot with Allagan and that slot drops to the bottom of the AF2 priority list.

I do expect them to do something to make it better (give us more ways to farm tombs, add more servers, I don't care).
