That's straight bullshoot. This is 100% SE. I've tested my ping and download speeds while the game was running and they are totally fine. The issue is in the way clients are routed to the server through different gatewaysTo be honest the fault is 50/50 between SE and these ISPs.
On one side we have a game that makes traffic that looks like P2P (is that even possible?). On the other we have ISPs that on 2013 filter P2P, and they are doing it wrong since they are blocking a simple game, with the excuse that they block piracy while the same technology is used for a lot of legitimate things and at the same time some of those ISPs even try to sell subs that offer P2P access! It's a shame. None should limit you for the resource you are paying for. And don't believe them when they say that they limit traffic because their infrastructures are not capable to support the demand.
