Having the same issue on ragnarock.

Please address this as it is a game breaking bug. I cannot proceed to stone vigil and my subscribtion time is being wasted. I think players affected should get an extension

same issue that everyone else on Gilgamesh has, Ombeline not opening trade window to "Hand Over" the item needed

The NPC Ombeline seems to be responsive to trading on the Gilgamesh server now. We are still looking into the Ragnarok server's Ombeline concern. Thank you for your continued patience.
