Ombeline not opening trade window in the quest "Factual Folklore"

I can also confirm that she is unresponsive. I can select the NPC but when I right click in order to hand in the quest item, nothing happens. First time I've seen a problem like this.

Cenota is the one who is unresponsive for us in ragnarok. Can trade or anything. Clicking in cenota does absolutely nothing.

*The NPC Ombeline is responsive and you are able to trade your items into her; but the NPC Cenota is unresponsive and you are unable to trade your items to her? Correct.
*Does the trade window pop up at all or she is completely unresponsive? Completely unresponsive. Upon right-clicking, nothing at all happens.

Just to update you, we had received reports of Cenota being unresponsive on Ridill. She's been fixed on that server and Ragnarok is still in the works.
