Did I miss something? How would someone even join after they had a 4th leave? Wouldn't DF be selecting random folks for the run?

This! You can't invite someone, can't use any of your social menu when you are in Dungeon. This is probably a scam to get gil because it is not possible. Once someone leave and even if you click on join a Dungeon in progress, you are not Garantee the spot because it pick randomly and there is no kick option if you get someone else. So how does this even work?

That why I said it in first page, that it no way you can do invite during dungeon.
Definitely sound like scam. Unless theyre master at timing to que. lol
