Dodge stat?

When the scrolling combat text "Dodge" appears on the screen, the combat log says "Enemy misses you" if an auto attack and "The attack misses you" if it's an ability.

Ahh i'd missed that. That makes sense then. Would also mean that Blind debuffs like traited Flash will increase your Dodge chance on things... and thus Flash can help you avoid actual boss abilities like Garuda's slipstream. Interesting...
