Yes, but if they're selling their items on the Marketboard, there's absolutely no way for them to tell that someone who purchased gil from RMT is the one purchasing their item. Nor can they prevent that person from buying the item off the Marketboard.

Well then if they are innocent they will get their accounts back, just like the thousands of people who got hacked and haven't had accounts for two+ weeks.
It's obvious SE is going hard at RMT, a lot of innocent people are getting caught up but I bet a ton of guilty people are too.
