    No limits on changes?

    Well then:

    • Change world from Eorzea to Ivalice (adjust lore, landscape and story as much as is necessary to facilitate the change)
    • Change races from FFXI versions to - Moogle (Ivalice style), Viera, Bangaa, Hume, Nu Mou. - add Gria and Seeq as well.
    • Scrap current job/class system, introduce tiered job tree closely resembling the one in Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions
    • Heavily scale back the flash and VFX in the game and then reintroduce it very slowly as the cap is raised.
    • Rename FFXIV:ARR to Final Fantasy Online II (SE should then make an offline game set in Eorzea for FFXIV and all future MMO games would be FFO:III, FFO:IV, etc..)


    Super unrealistic, but it would be a great outline for the next FF MMO.
