Cut scenes

I don't think most people really care if you are new or not. They'll normally be a group who queues together and recruit one or two extras so they can just clear the thing on their own anyway. Frustrating for some people who want to watch cut scenes and do their story quest properly but that's the fault of SE for making story quest dungeons into farming dungeons for end game. Of course there will be people who do it several times a day and just want to get each run over with while going through the motions.

I am pretty sure the cut scene only plays for first timers. Still, in almost every raid is at least one or more first timers.

If i were SE i would have placed the ''circle boundary'' on the group preventing movement out of it until everyone was out of the cut scene. But my guess as to why that was not implemented is probably because people would complain and bitch about it ''slowing things down''. Which of course is ludicrous, as those watching the cutscene are excluded from the boss fight/trash fight and those rushing it run the risk of wiping if too many are watching the cut scene.

Still, its the risk they take initiating a boss with a few players absent.
