Hmm it has been 48 hours still no response :/

Call them. According to the guy on the phone when I called for my second moogle earrings code, it's a very rare thing (for them to convert these codes) so he wasn't even sure how to do it, he had to put me on hold and figured it out, so whomever got your email and hasn't responded within 48 hours probably doesn't know how the code conversion works and probably put it in the backburner and worked on other things. Call them, best way to handle these issues. I know being on hold for 2 hours sucks, but put the call on speaker and do something else (I did a ton of FATEs while on hold with them, no time really lost there.)

I tried sending in a fake code and they responded pretty quickly letting me know that it was invalid
