Thank you sooooooooo much for getting this worked out for us, my wife wanted to kill me when I told her I bought two FF 25th anniversary packs for $950+. Then after a while, she got excited about having the earrings on her characters. Fast forward to the ARR release, I put her codes in and they get rejected because of the region...I get a death stare from my wife...Then she killed me, but luckily ghosts have access to the internet and now they work, woooo, just gotta figure out how to have RL Raise cast on me and I'll be set.
Seriously though, I hope trying to convert 2 codes won't cause me any problems. I'm doing 1 at a time to be safe (wife first for obvious reasons. lol)

Update: for the second code I called SE and did it through the phone. So if you still haven't heard back from them after 48 business hours, then give them a call and give them the ticket number and they can handle it like that if needed (although expect to be on hold for 2 hours, but for the moogle earrings, it was worth it.)
That's a little hard to answer. I have 2 codes, I got 1 code converted 3 hours after I emailed them. My second code was sent around noon on thursday, it's now sunday and I still haven't gotten the code (I got a email that says that I will get a response within 48 business hours.)
