As a DPS I expect the 30 minute wait for a dungeon queue, you can't expect the DF to force people to roll tanks/healers to alleviate that. Though SE has been talking about implementing a bonus for playing roles that are needed most at the time, which should help a bit. As dragonflyseksparade pointed out the only real issue is the fact that we don't have a dungeon server which can handle the overwhelming amount of AK farming that goes on everyday.
Some HQ pieces take about 2mins~ to craft, give or take.
