Today I was in a group doing Titan. All the party members decided not to dodge anything and the group died twice. Healer decided to suicide and go afk on the third run. Nobody chose to leave willingly, or has the balls to do it except me. So now I have the penalty for doing absolutely nothing wrong... I mean, everytime I receive the penalty it happened in unreasonable circumstances.

Therefore, I need to ask: has anyone ever seen there are times where the penalty has fall on the bad people? Because from where I am sitting, I only see the trolls trolling within instances since there is no kick function and let others leave first and he enjoys all the fun from his negative behaviour.
