Play on PC, unlock trophy ps3?

so if I had already crafted 1000 of an item for say weaver, id have to recraft 1 item and it would unlock both? As far as I knew it was supposed to be connected. Because in your in-game achievements ALL the data is storied that is used for the trophies ... so it should be able to prove and access that you did them

Yes, the achievements get unlocked if you redoing once what unlock them.
The only problem is the main story. To get the trophy you need to do the last main quest on the PS3, because you would not be able to redoing it on the same character if you do it on the PC. Then the options would be to make a new character for the trophy or maybe wait until new main story quests are coming
