What do you expect them to say?

- We don't care about the Western audience
- We can't fix the problem
- We don't want to fix the problem
- It's not a problem in Japan
- Nothing

Nothing they will say will make people happy.
Those that don't want to play with 450 ms will just leave simple as that.

If they had a quick cheap solution they would already have told us about it.
