New Character Creation

Is anyone have the same problem with Cactuar, as well?
I've been trying to make a toon on Cactuar for a week now -_-

I've been having the issue with cactaur too. I discovered that some friends of mine were playing on it, and went to roll a character to join them, but I have been unable to for a few hours. It'd be nice to know when these character transfers are coming and how costly they'll be...

But SE should realize that the ability to play with our friends is the best way to keep us paying for subs.

Every morning. 7-9am EST you can make a char on ANY world.

Good luck getting onto many of the servers, as they're half full of RMT gold-selling spam-bots, of which nothing has been done about for almost two weeks now for some of the spam bots I've observed.

If you are patient enough, there are times where you can create characters on the server of your choice. I believe they just block it off at determined times to provide already established players a great a fluid game play without over doing the servers.

This is unacceptable to paying customers. We should be able to create a character whenever we choose, to our convenience not to square enix's convenience.
