New Character Creation

Is there a list of servers that I am allowed to create a character on??

I checked the news section for character creation restrictions, didn't see "Goblin" server on the list, and when creating character the goblin server was selectable... YES!.. but then it gives me a 3079 cannot create character on server...

ok, lets try gilgamesh? nope... Siren?? no sir... Coeurl? 3079...

I dont understand why after paying money, I am not allowed to create a new character at all, not to mention not be able to play the game on a server that my friend also plays on.

Can I please get a list of servers I'm allowed to play on, or please give me a timeframe of when I be allowed to play with my friends?

Time frame to play with friends: 2 am - 4 am PST. No full server, no queues, no screen-lagging amount of people doing Fates.

Honestly, I was up this morning trying to get on Cactuar, checking every hour from 1 am up through 7 am when I stopped taking naps between checks, and Cactuar and about two others never showed up as selectable.

I wouldn't say it unlocks on every server, but the population dwindles after midnight for me in the Midwest and chat explodes again around 6 am looking for Fate groups.

Im not trying to log on, im trying to create a new character on Goblin server so i can play with friends. does this creation process enable and disable based on server pop?

The character creation restrictions do seem to change throughout the day based on population, although some servers never seem to become unrestricted. I've noticed this as I've been trying to create a character on a particular EU server myself for the last 5 days.

For example, at the current time 24 of the 25 NA servers have character creation disabled, about 5-6 hours ago it was only 5. Approaching peak time in NA I guess.

Similarly at the moment only 1 of the 6 EU servers has character creation disabled (it's 2.30am here) but about 4 hours ago all 6 of the EU servers were closed to new character creation.

So the fact it varies does mean it's worth checking at like 3am, but as I say even then there are a number of servers in both NA and EU that it seems haven't had the restriction lifted at all in the last week or so (apart from, I think, a brief period after the update went live the other day.)

I'm having this very same issue on Behemoth, I paid the Fee to play this game why is it i'm not able to create a second character on Behemoth Server so i can play with my Aussie friends, i've tried every hour every time its locked out yet the game tells me i can make 8 characters per server? do i just move on to another game or can i please make a second character for my server please?

So on twitter they said that so many servers had character creation restrictions and that they were not allowing anymore creations on them. I am curious if they are actually completely restricted until they are allowed or if the restriction is only as full. I guess my point is I don't wanna sit around waiting for an open spot if they are totally restricted but if there is just a chance I may get in at say 3:00 am I am willing to try all night. It seems some people say they get in. Anyone know if the restriction is only while the server is full? I really want to make a character on my friends server like everyone else does =*(
