This is something raiding groups have been dealing with for... a decade, if not more. It's just how things are. Either you rotate people in and out, or you try and gather folk for a second group so you don't have an odd number.Think you missed his point. He means the exact same 8 people, if you have a 9th friend, someone will ALWAYS be left out. You either have to tell your friend he's SoL, or you rotate people, slowing down progress. FCs/Guilds and such don't always come in even sets of 8 or 24 and so on.
