    When I saw the vote/kick thing, all I thought was that people would use it to kick first timers watching cutscenes, and no progression would ever be made by any new playerbase (without the help of friends). Either that or it was just a way for elitists to kick undergeared/unwanted classes..... A griefing tool is all that comes to mind.

    - Players who frequently initiate kick votes will have dramatically increased cooldowns for initiating kick votes, which reset to their maximum length upon entering a dungeon.

    -you cannot be kicked if you are in a cutscene/...though that could result in afk people force locking themselfs into a cutscene..uhm...so maybe...

    -if a player has been in a cut-scene for longer then 5 minutes, allow a kick.
