What are your dream patch notes for 2.1?

Aside from content already announced, of course.

Mine are:

- You will no longer receive rewards from any Duty unless you were on the threat table for the last boss.
- Kick vote functionality has been added to the Duty Finder and will require a 3/4 or 6/8 majority.
- Players will have longer Duty Finder cooldown times if they are kicked by vote, or leave before a Duty is finished.
- Players who frequently initiate kick votes will have dramatically increased cooldowns for initiating kick votes, which reset to their maximum length upon entering a dungeon.
- Immediately following the completion of a Duty in the Duty Finder, you may choose to honor your teammates for being helpful or friendly. Players with a sufficient honor ratio for their latest 30 Duties will receive increased tomestone and extra gil rewards.
- You may now hide the helmet of any Heavy armor set.
- Blacklist and Report Spam options has been added to the context menu which opens when a name is right-clicked or selected in the chat window.
- Fantasia is now purchasable from the Mog Station.

So you want people to not be able to remove players that are verbally abusive or intentionally wiping? And before anyone brings out that old 'just report them' whine, it doesn't work. Not unless:

- Players' servers are now included with their character names when they join a party using the Duty Finder.

And when elitists start their "That dps is under geared" rubbish, an innocent dps gets kicked and suffers further.

-combat from 1.23 has been re-implemented into the game with added features
-all classes and jobs have been renovated due to this re-implimentation
-quality of animation has been made to be better, if not, as good as the quality that appeared in 1.23
-server lag has been virtually reduced to 0 (meaning if you see yourself out of something like plumes on your screen, you're safe)
-animation lock as been re-introduced now that server lag is 0.
-legacy players get re-imbursed 900 philosophy stones for turned in hamlet seals + 300 philosophy stones per relic weapon completed in 1.23.
-legacy gambler's crown renamed to "Gambler's Crown (Legacy)"
-allagan gear re-made into ilvl 95 or ilvl 100 and with increased stats accordingly.
-auto-sort has been added (alphabetical, repair %, etc.)
-option for text instead of icons for inventory/armory/retainer management has been implemented.
-greased lightning and twin snakes increased duration to 20 seconds.

*Pentamelding has been increased to become heptamelding; of course difficulty has been adjusted accordingly.


*Crafting professions can now craft gear that is 10 ilevels below the best dungeon/token gear in the game. (Combined with above, it means that crafted HQ gear heptamelded would be best in the game)


* A bed in the shape of a giant moogle.

Here are a few of mine:

Delivery Moogles:

• There are now Moogles in the lobby of every Inn

Summoning Bells and Retainers

• There is now a Summoning Bell in every crafting hall
• Bells have been hung from the ceiling so people can no longer stand ON the bell and block others from access (a bell chain has been added so Lala can ring the bell)
• You may now hire up to two additional Retainers for a fee (but additional Retainers may NOT go to Market)

Inventory

• You now have an option to display all your inventory bags simultaneously
• You now have an option to label bags (Ingredients, Reagents, Wood, etc.); items will auto-sort to the proper bag
• You may now auto-compact bags (press a key and all inventory in the bag will scoot up to fill in blank spaces)

Repairs

• There is now an option to Repair Everything I Own

Armory

• There is now an option to LOCK all items that are currently assigned to a gear set. You will receive a warning asking if you truly want to sell, trade, move the item.
• There is now an option to auto-sort items in Armory by function (DoW, DoM, DoH, DoL) and level
• Newly acquired items in the Armory will sparkle until you click on them

Lodestone

• The option to display all Free Companies currently registered to your server is now functioning!

And, of course:

• The option to r-click/b-list (and report) has been added

I'd love to see sortable, text base inventory too. this clusterpoo image based inventory really really sucks and is a huge waste of time.
