Dream patch notes you say? ok here goes:
-Vanity slots are now implemented.
-ALL gear is now dyeable.
-AOE lag has been fixed.
-HUD layout is now truly saved, you don't have to rearrange everything on login.
-Loading priority of PCs/NPCs/mobs/companions/pets/minions has been adjusted.
-The spell graphics for holy has been changed back to the orininal admittingly far superior one, instead of that huge pink flash that most of all looks like an enhanced proshell.
-Madeen has been added as a fate primal fight, dropping tokens for mage gear and weapons, plus a minion and defeating Madeen as a summoner unlocks it's egi.
-Light metal gear sets have been added for mages who are tired of the unending lenghts of cloth.
*The issue wherein players are still liable to take damage despite being outside of the red zone of enemy moves has been fixed.
*Music will now loop more frequently.
*Model culling has been re-prioritized towards Enemy > Party > NPCs/objects of interest > Chocobos > Out of Party PCs > Minions.
*The issue wherein players are erroneously told no items are being sold on the market despite having items up for sale with their retainers has been fixed.
* Dungeons that award tomes of either Mythology or Philosophy will award bonus tomes based on the percentage of enemies defeated. These bonuses can circumvent the 300 weekly cap provided that a new player is present.
*AF Armor and Armor combinations that grant a total of ilvl 200 or above now grant enhancements to various actions. Heavy Armor Darklight gear will confer this bonus provided both body and legs are equipped despite being 2 pieces of equipment occupying 4 slots.
A Few examples shown below:
*Foresight will confer a bonus of -20% damage reduction when used by MRDs or WARs for the ability's duration.
*MRD/WAR self heals will scale based on Max HP%
*The spell Succor will crit at a higher frequency. SCHs will now expend x1.25 more MP whenever Succor crits.
*Circle of Scorn's cooldown will be reduced by 5 seconds.
*The price for crafting materials obtained via Tomes of Philosophy has been scaled downward.
*The number of mobs that drop fleece and diremite webs have been increased.
*The drop rate for various monster items related to crafting will have their rates adjusted downward based on how long the player has been in that specific map quadrant.
*The period of time that must elapse before initiating successive instant job abilities has been shortened.
*The amount of Allagan medals that drop in higher level dungeons has been reduced in addition to having the Bronze and Tin Allagan pieces replaced with Allagan Silvers.
*The player who enters a Dungeon in progress will have 45 seconds to bypass the boss wall to join the fray, the time allotted will increase by 15 seconds based on whether the Boss in question is the 2nd or last boss of the dungeon up to 1minute and 15 seconds to enter the wall leading to the last Boss.
EDIT: Added that bonus Tomes can circumvent the weekly cap provided the run in question had a new player present.

All you losers afraid of vote kick have never experienced a vote kick system in use. It is rarely abused, deal with it and stop being a bunch of kittens.
- Several new classes and jobs are introduced.
- Cardgame makes its way into ARR.
- Open world content that are not FATEs, a lot of it and in many different forms.
- Solo/Duo/Trio challenge modes in the arena vs increasingly difficult monsters. How far can you go?
Otherwise, working servers, /tell anywhere I want, a change in SE's way of thinking in general when it comes to trying to solve problems that are not even an issue to begin with which ends up being detrimental to the overall experience. This being on top what we already know is coming in 2.1 of course.

they have fantasia in game that lets you do just that, also werent they adding in barber ?
here goes mine...
*there has been considerable progress made towards Latency issue.
*Heavy Armors now have the option for /visor.
*spam reporting opention has been added to system options under right mouse click on chat.
*Kick function has been added to instanced battles where player has been afk for 5mins or more.
*unique teleporting animation has been added for each race. (I think going for unique casting animation is bit pushing it)
*screen loading option has been added to games option menu, this allows player to pick what they rendering piority they want for different aspects on screen.
*player has been given option to add materia to gears that were perviously unavailble to meld, such as unique armors.
*monster diffculty has been increased in order to balance the option of allowing player to meld unique armors.
*player now gets stats bonus depending on their combined item level for equiped items.
*players have been allowed to reallocate their stat points once again, this option is only avaible through a new NPC who provides this service for a fixed cost.
*cost of reallocating stats points increases with each time this service is used so beaware of how and when you use this service.
*a new option "LastStand" has been added to colieseum to fight hordes of monsters has been added to Colieseum, players can now fight solo, co-op or even in party against such monsters. the rewards for this vary depending on diffculty that was choosen and size of party that took part in this battle.
*new primal battle has been added to the game.
*solo/co-op option has been added for all the dungeons that player has previously beaten, in such the diffculty has been adjusted for rush runs as well as their rewards.
*new type of artifact gear has been added for each job, the current artifact +1 gear has its Item Level reduced. new artifact has been asigned item level of 100, players are required to quest this new artifact armor called "artifact Asent" through high diffculty quests.
*new armor sets have been added to the game.
*five new dungeons have been added to the game.
*diffcult for each item has been adjusted. (so its quite hard to make HQ like in V1.0)
*along with diffculty the stats ot HQ items has been adjusted.
*items required for level 55 item set have been reduced from 9 to 3 but the diffculty for he items has been increased to balance this change. (meaning its easy to make NQ items but you will have hard time getting a HQ so the HQ items price is gonna double/triple)

- After 3-4 wipes in any instance you can vote disband the party with majority vote (4 person would need 3 votes, 8 person would need 5 votes) with no duty finder cooldown.
-Due to a lack of a practical healing spell, Paladin has seen the ability "Holy Succor" returned to them. Holy Succor heals a target with 400 Potency and restores HP to the Paladin equal to half the value cured.
