Apparently one mans dream note is another man's nightmare-game-breaking-abusable-exploit-filled note.

So you want people to not be able to remove players that are verbally abusive or intentionally wiping? And before anyone brings out that old 'just report them' whine, it doesn't work. Not unless:

And when elitists start their "That dps is under geared" rubbish, an innocent dps gets kicked and suffers further.

-combat from 1.23 has been re-implemented into the game with added features
-all classes and jobs have been renovated due to this re-implimentation
-quality of animation has been made to be better, if not, as good as the quality that appeared in 1.23
-server lag has been virtually reduced to 0 (meaning if you see yourself out of something like plumes on your screen, you're safe)
-animation lock as been re-introduced now that server lag is 0.
-legacy players get re-imbursed 900 philosophy stones for turned in hamlet seals + 300 philosophy stones per relic weapon completed in 1.23.
-legacy gambler's crown renamed to "Gambler's Crown (Legacy)"
-allagan gear re-made into ilvl 95 or ilvl 100 and with increased stats accordingly.
-auto-sort has been added (alphabetical, repair %, etc.)
-option for text instead of icons for inventory/armory/retainer management has been implemented.
-greased lightning and twin snakes increased duration to 20 seconds.
