    Lag Spikes, Rubber Banding, Disconnect Issues

    I've been dealing with this issue on and off since maintenance last week. I've created this thread in an attempt to consolidate information on the issue in the hope SE will look into it.

    The issue has been described as a "Rubber Banding" lag spike that causes everything to stop for 5-30 seconds, then to fast forward to the current point. I've noticed it mainly in instances.

    My suggestion is to send an in-game bug report describing the issue and describe your experience with the problem ITT.
