Joining a COMPLETED instance fix ASAP

Here's an idea... Don't join "Dungeons in process" until they get a fix in place you're happy with? I don't understand why people even pick this function unless you're a desperate DPS who wants to wait in long queues just to get shafted... then go right ahead.

"until they fix it"?... if no one explains the problem, there won't be a solution. If they realize how often it happens, they might want to focus on it.

The "Join Session in Progress" is a great tool. If one of your party member gets disconnected and can't come back, you'll be happy that someone gets in to replace him instead of having to quit the instance and wait 30 mins to reserve a new one and start over (if 30 mins is the wait time for reserving an instance).
