Now this is really killing the game for me..

Care to cite some posts where they talk about this at all? No, not the vague waffle about 'working hard', nor the self-congratulatory "we banned a few hundred accounts this wee" stuff but solid FACTS about what they have done/are doing, because the evidence they're NOT doing anything much is in the game:

1) /shout spam worse than ever, nothing done by SE to implement a simple post-throttle even.
2) no implementation of a SIMPLE wayh to report this scum
3) the same level 1 RMTs standing by Ul'dah's mailbox 24/7 /shouting or obviously collecting/sending stuff

NONE of these are HARD, and while they don't deal with the root cause they certainly would hugely mitigate RMT's effects on players. #3 in particular can't take more than 10 seconds to deal with one a report is posted, using the horribly tedious method SE have given us. A GM simply monitoring each server's main cities (ONE GM, not one per server) for 30 seconds at a time would be able to kill this menace pretty much the moment they start.

Also, pos-hacking is NOT hard to detect, nor is these bot's ability to appear BELOW GROUND where they are invisible or just their nameplate shows which can't be interacted with.

There ARE indeed some botting actions that are not east to detect at all I know that, however there seems to be not the smallest attempt by SE here, which is surprising given their history with FFXI where RMT nearly collapsed the economy leading up to Christmas 2005 and seemed to have shocked SE into action, as the STFU appeared some time after that IIRC.

I reported them in the Main Menu in-game.. System Settings -> Contact Us -> Report Cheating.. I reported 3 teleporting farming bots.. everyone should report as soon as they see them hoping that the ban hammer will be fast enough

Yesterday this bots farmed since the morning.. when I came back from work the same bots farming in the same exact spot..

I really believe that SE should ban this people in the same day.. there is no investigation needed.. you just see them teleport everywhere and kill all the mobs available in the zone

These are all hacked accounts and most of them are suspended within a 12 hour window.

Pretty much everyone who's been comprised and had their account locked down with no ETA on getting them back said it happened in a 5-10 hour window of them logging off and then coming back that many hours later to be suspended.

They are doing something about it, I'm just guessing the mass amount of people that are getting hacked leads it to a long queue line of locking people down. And once you're suspended the wait sucks, especially since there's no guarantee you'll get your account back.

I saw today the same bot that I saw 5 days ago in the same spot farming and teleporting.. I don't think they ban them fast enough
