I can't tell you how many times I would reach out to JP players only to get "JP ONLY", I would be like we're 5/6 and only need XXX job, You want to wait solo? "JP ONLY"

Would you run Coil of Bahamut or Titan hard with someone who can't understand any of your instructions? If you have 7/8 people talking in English, would you be ok to have the 8th member talking only Japanese and either having to translate everything every time (if one of you can speak Japanese) or not being able to explain anything at all?

probably not, and they are the same.
