BARD DPS Slow, Not Low

Maybe for you it's "plenty of time to choose" abilities, but for those playing classes that have to constantly move from flank to back it's a whole different game.

Lowering GCD only buffs bards, but not anyone else.

I think it's pretty obvious that with a lower GCD, they'd also have to reduce cast times. Right now though, the combat should be faster and more responsive.

Animation locks are beyond ridiculous, and combat generally feels like its from a stone age MMO. I have to spam instant abilities to get them to actually work. It's so extremely backwards and poorly done that I'm having a hard time seeing how they can avoid losing players in the long run because of such a horrible system.
