    Yeah, put in an email ticket. Wait to hear back. Wait 2+ hours in queue each time for live chat and phone support. Only to have them tell you they're very sorry but can't do anything and there's no eta for when or if you'll get your account back. You might get an email back from your first ticket 5 days later, it'll tell you that email support is useless and to use live chat or phone support. However, you've already done that though and it was also useless.

    My best advice is to get FFXIV off the brain and do something else for a while. Otherwise you'll just end up feeling powerless and pissed off, especially since they don't stop / refund your subscription time.

    Owch! They don't stop your subscription?? I would have thought that would be the first thing they block if an account has been hacked!? I would be pretty peeved if that happened to me and the money still went out of my account whilst I'm waiting for the account to be reinstated. In fact, I'd probably cancel my card just so they couldn't do that, the cheeky beggers!
