    Hacked Account/Please help

    I went to log in after a few days on break ...(GTA V), and I get to the character select screen and find that my lvl 22 Pug (which is what I log out as) is now a lvl 13 Miner. I have not even started leveling the mining class. So when I click on it I get the 3102 error. So common sense is either telling me that my account is hacks or my alternate dimension twin is using my account...which...would still make it hacked..

    If anyone has an suggestions that would be fantastic, I have already changed my password, and I have checked to see if any e-mail address have been changed I also downloaded that 1 time password app on my phone and I set it up (Thought I am worried about some of the review posts saying the app will auto reset)

    And if anyone from SE can read this...HEEEEELLLLPPPPP I WANNA PLAY!!!!

    Yeah, put in an email ticket. Wait to hear back. Wait 2+ hours in queue each time for live chat and phone support. Only to have them tell you they're very sorry but can't do anything and there's no eta for when or if you'll get your account back. You might get an email back from your first ticket 5 days later, it'll tell you that email support is useless and to use live chat or phone support. However, you've already done that though and it was also useless.

    My best advice is to get FFXIV off the brain and do something else for a while. Otherwise you'll just end up feeling powerless and pissed off, especially since they don't stop / refund your subscription time.

    You're out of luck. If they actually get to banning your account, you're looking at a long break.

    They must only look at 10 accounts a day, and there's many further ahead in line then you.

    Heck it's gotten close to me being banned longer than I've been playing.

    Owch! They don't stop your subscription?? I would have thought that would be the first thing they block if an account has been hacked!? I would be pretty peeved if that happened to me and the money still went out of my account whilst I'm waiting for the account to be reinstated. In fact, I'd probably cancel my card just so they couldn't do that, the cheeky beggers!

    Yeah, I'm not very happy with SE's service at this point, but I'll give them another chance if I can get my account back at this point. It doesn't really help that there's only ONE PERSON that's located in the Japan office that's authorized to un-suspend accounts. That's why everything is taking so long.

    Suspend your own account through the Mog Station. That should boot your character off.

    I would like to announce that I have my account back, I guess he/she logged off, so I changed my password and I got my authenticator. I would like to thank the person for the free boost to lvl 14 mining I guess haha
