Cant launch the game on Ps3

Go into your ps3 Internet browser and enable cookies by pressing triangle, selecting 'tools' from the side menu, and enabling cookies.

You got a physical ps3 copy of the game. Inside should have been a 12 digit code xxxx-xxxx-xxxx to authorize your psn to play. Did you purchase the game new? If so the code will be included in the packaging.

I'm confused because in your original post you mention redeeming this code through the psn store but in a follow up comment say the code is not included.

You can check if your Psn is authorized by going to 'playstation network' >account management > transaction history > service accounts. Select service accounts and you should see ffxiv listed there. Select it and it should have the various game authorizations and when they expire. If it is not listed there then your code was not redeemed properly.

You do not need to re-download the game.

Cookieds enabled, ok. In the service account I found FFXIV listed. It says:
Final Fantasy XIV Early Access Playing Entitlement (Provisional)
Start 18/9/13
Expire: -
Remaining 1

There are listed 5 games (White Knight Chronicles, DC Universe online, and others) and they have an icon at the left of the game, but FFXIV has no icon.

In any case still not working.

There is a redeem codes under the account management menu. You can use that or redeem it in the psn store.

Was the game new and sealed in the case when you purchased it?

I have redeemd the code in the PSN store. And Yes it was sealed! In any case I bought another copy of the game, and it works. So "resolved" by myself we can say. With bad method.
Sad but I can start to play.

A small number of copies are packaged incorrectly with codes to the wrong region. It sounds like this was may have been the problem.

No problem, no I have another copy and it works. I started today and I play in solo in Gridania =D I was waiting for this.
