You can't. Quests are level-locked (I saved all La Noscea quests for my second class and some that were even one or two levels over my current level would remain uncompleted until I leveled the class to that specific level), like the lv26 quests that remained complete in my log for 2 levels since I could not turn them in until I actually hit lv26.
