Warriors are useless at end game

The solution isn't mitigation, the solution is to buff the current design. More self healing, improved extra healing from defiance, change some skills to give a shield rather than a heal (inner beast I'm looking at you), make rampart cross class, etc.

You say the solution isn't mitigation, but your last two proposals are both mitigation-focused. Damage shields and Rampart are both very much mitigation. Granted, mitigation is what's lacking in WAR (based on what I've seen in the forum, haven't played myself).
