    The combat in this game is extremely dull and non-responsive. It doesn't flow like in WoW for example. This is because of a ridiculously long GCD, and the delays that you mention.

    Honestly, if anything would make me quit this game, it would be the combat. No one cares if FF traditionally is slow paced. It just doesn't feel right, and it needs to be changed.

    Same here, this game has so much potential, but having to deal with these flaws in combat every time is really holding it back. Maybe it's no problem for some people, I guess it all depends what mmorpgs you have played previously, if player never had fluid combat experience, like in wow for example, I guess he won't be bugged by these things in ARR.

    This will probably be the sole reason why ff14 will die out rather quickly.

    Hell there isn't even pvp. (I can't even see how this is gonna be successfully done with pc /x/ console cross servers)

    The only people who would defend this system are the ones subscribed for a multitude of months, autistic, or obsessed with watching grass grow.
