If so, I think it's a great idea.
I just hope it won't be like, "hey, vote me up and i'll vote you up" before you even get to say {Hello}.
To avoid that, voting should only be possible after defeating the boss or when time runs out.
Just like rating the service after you had a live chat with the support.
Edit: And it would be awesome if rage-quitters would lose some points. To make sure that the first person to leave won't get punished when everyone in the group agrees on quitting, there has to be a vote for quitting the dungeon.
