    Great guide - I want more!

    I haven't played a healer role since Everquest Online Adventures, which was some time ago... But I have played some other modern MMOs both casually and with extensive raiding. I'm a little lost on when to use Esuna.

    Is there an easy way to tell the difference between a buff and a debuff? How do you learn which debuffs need to be removed? I ran toto rak for the first time, and found myself removing every debuff.. probably unneccessarily :/ I also had a hard time deciding when to use cure versus when to remove a status.

    Simple example: the tank has 1k max hps, I heal for 250. So if he's above 750hps, I can definitely Esuna, but maybe if he drops to 250hps, it's too late for Esuna - just heal?


    Also - do we heal pets or ignore them?
