You have exhausted my knowledge, I feel as though the first core on your cpu is taking a beating; download Real Temp, and measure how hot your first and second cores get while playing.
If Prime95 is freezing your comp, I am not sure what to do about that, as I have never used it.
it freezing because unstable that what for tell your system is or isnt stable an it seems his isnt

GPU is at 63^C
out of game, i will start up the game and see what happens

weather may be it hot wear i am so if room temp higher so your case thus it kick high anof for system force shut down
Woah woah woah wait. IDLE TEMPS are over 70 for your CPU and 63 for your GFX card???? You haven't started the game yet? Thats almost warning temps for the CPU to shut off (edit: not that bad yet, but thats way to high for idle), and 63 as idle for your GFX card is way to high. Its definitely a heat issue.

well it wasnt completely idle, i had 2 web pages open, running the core temp program, have my graphics CCC open, and the task manager was running
