I do believe leves need to reward exp, especially since they have a cap. FATEs aren't limited and can award high amounts of experience any time you do one... Leves seem counterproductive unless they seriously beef up the exp rewards.

but in all seriousness i do have a tip for you, Don't do levemetes as an offensive class they don't yield much experienc epoints and frankly you can just run fates to level up but save your allowances for gathering classes or crafting classes i promise you will not regret it it gives so much experience points but the downside is that there are not much leves for gathering classes sadly or maybe i missed an important quest.
Add "Madoka Kaname" on the balmung server if you want someone to play and talk with! ^_^
I would LOVE to see these get a boost, with only 6 per day, you'd think they'd be a boost to xp rather than wasted time (only reason i use battle craft ones is to get GC points). As it stands right now, you have quests and fates if you actually want to progress your xp, and then the rest is more just for a change of pace.
also, gotta say, giving a daily bonus to guild heists would be really cool, but i would make it only if you're within level range.

battle craft leaves should be 2-3x more than a quest, but nerf it down to 5 per day.
guild hiests should have some sort of reward making them worth repeating.. not necessarily xp, but something (maybe a chest that may or may not be a rare item)
dungeon's are pretty worthless at low levels as well, they are kinda fun though
I actually do not think that leves should give more xp. The way the game seems to be designed is, that you get battle xp by fates/quests. Leves to me appear more like some kind of end-game-daily-mission thing. Just that you only get about 4 per day and they hardly give any gil worth mentioning as reward.
Still I would look at it that way:
Battle Leves=Gil
Crafting (and gathering too) Leves=XP

Battle craft leves need a major buff since quests are not repeatable these basicly ARE your dailys.

FATEs dont need nerfs, leaves are the ones that needs to be buffed.
if they are time gated as they are, GC leaves and battle leves in general should reward close to 6 times more than currently reward.
They ARE time gated after all. it should be something you want to do daily, either for money or seals.
However, I have a feeling that leves were put in place as a way to level alternate classes.

I agree. The only reason that FATEs are being chased after right now is because they're the only decent form of exp for your sub-classes. If you lower FATE exp, you'll just be making an already painful process even more painful. Raise the exp on leves and hests and you'll find more of a balance. As it is right now, with my sub-classes I'm either grinding dungeons (for gear) or chasing FATEs. I'd like to go back and re-do leves and hests, but the exp/gil rewards just aren't worth the time investment.

I don't think FATE's need a nerf, but leves need to give out more Exp.
