The thing is, every region except NA doesn't have prepaid time card. And even though you've set the payment method, as I said before, they wont charge you until your period ends.

Crystas also do not work as everything is under "automatic renewal" and will not be used until your free 30 day is up.

I got the extra Phantasia on a new character. Do have Legacy, but I haven't yet recreated my old characters.

Damn yea you need to wait 30 + 30 days before you can claim your vet rewards
