Monks very weak. Need rebalance

1. We have the lowest potency on our skills because we have a lower GCD.
2. A 2 second GCD isn't faster than a 2.5 GCD? Every 5th attack is a free GCD that every other class doesn't get.

sorry we are not playing the same game. all our skill is at least 2.5 sec recast time. I don't see we attack faster than other class. Almost the same.

right now game favor ranged DPS too much. Range itself is a big advantage. In most game range class has very low defense and low HP disadvantage, but not in this game. Not only that, why melee class should care position but ranged DPS not? Job balance is completed failed.
