RMT are now advertising crystal/shards - Shards need changed

She's saying in general. Right now, there's no reliable way for anyone except gathering classes to get shards/crystals/clusters. And it's a huge hassle to level DoL at the moment. And, as a level 50 miner and botanist. I have to agree. Even for us, it takes a good while to get 1k shards for 1 element.

Huh? Shards are the easiest. For a really good time, try to get some webs for velvetine.

Basically, these jokers are going to sell whatever they can make money selling. It's supply and demand.

The solution is not to change the game so the jokers can't make money, it's to have gm's in game looking for violations and banning the violators. Just my 0.02 gil.

I couldn't agree more. I hate these new expectations of MMO's. It's like a whole different game now designed for this new generation of gaming that promotes laziness and no sense of self worth because everything is so effortless.

The RMT sellers can sell them because they are actually super easy to get with some time on task.

More like they're using bots that let them teleport in between gathering nodes.

RMT are selling all those stuffs because we have people who's are going to buy them. It doesn't matter if the items is hard to get or time consuming, that's how it was designed to be (at least until further notice), the RMT are advertising them because there is a lot of idiots who are up to buying those things with real world money. It's easy to demand from SE some solution, but SE will keep banning account and the gold sellers will still keep spaming 24/7, because it's worthy it for them. Maybe if SE started banning only the accouts buying the items, then it would actually scare players forcing them to stop, which would lead to less and less RMT spams, since they won't have a market.

Sadly, it won't happen, because players want things easy, fast and effortless. So, people should stop making a new thread about RMT each hour (even my dog knows RMTs are a plague and out of control...), because they're not going anywhere and it's the community's fault.

Are some of you people clinically insane? I'm not saying it's too hard to gather them or takes too long, I'm saying it's the ONLY way to effectively get shards. There needs to be more ways/options, or else shards will continue to be the most sought-after gatherable item.

I've been saying this forever..break down cluster an crystals down please implement this. People saying that's its easy to get 1k in an hour..well tell me how you do it? As a level 50 botanist..it takes an hour to get 500 an it's freaking boring...

Well, I am on a JP server and changed my language from E to J in my information and I haven't received any /tell from gil sellers like that for three days straight. From what I see is either that people won't stop buying or gil sellers only care about USD (U.S. Dollar.) RMT always find different ways to make money and all you can do is report them or ignore them. No one can stop them.

-So instead of buying the gil from them to buy shards, they are now offering to use real money to buy only shards. First off, while I'd never do nor condone RMT of any sort I must ask who the heck would look at that and go "Oh that's much better!" ?! Because honestly that's friggin' stoopid right? Why would you limit your monetary gain to only one material medium as opposed to actual monetary that would be infinitely more diverse?! "Oh well you could sale the shards" WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU EVEN BOTHER IF THE GIL WAS RIGHT THERE?!

Honestly who the heck are these people? And how stupid are these people that would make such a market be viable?!
