RMT are now advertising crystal/shards - Shards need changed

Seriously?? It's so easy to get them it just takes some of your time. I continue to be dumbfounded by the number of gamers that want things handed to them with 0 effort. The RMT sellers can sell them because they are actually super easy to get with some time on task.

Even though I do agree they are pretty easy to get... RMT sellers can sell them because they're running 24-hour a day Teleport-gathering bots, that SE doesn't ban even when reported by multiple people.

So here is what I could suggest in trying to curve this issue:
First off - to solve the whole spamming teleport thing, why can't a cd be implemented? The benefit would be that it would put a holt to alot of bots spamming port to port. However would this pose a risk to the game as a whole?

Secondly - We need to be able to Blist and report in 1 click - just like they implemented in AION. Can this be implemented ? What would be the risk in implementing/not implementing this feature. Would this be a major risk to the database or a minor risk?

Third - Are you planning to beef up staff to help asssit in combatting the RMT?

Problem , as I see it , is that everyone wants to be lv50 within a week. Go slow and ENJOY playing the game, making friends , and having fun. Cuz it's not all about being the best at everything right away. Lv 50 will come but I'm gonna be playing this game a long time. It's that good.

The players Bing Bing and Marina Chelewae are also both using the mining hacks to be under the terrain and teleport as well in my server (Coeurl). I've reported Bing Bing every time I've seen him and it's been 3 weeks so far and he's in the game still. Marina Chelewae is a real player that's just cheating by the same manner that I reported just a few moments ago. I took video of it, do I need to send it somewhere as proof if they need proof of it?
