eh, I think that would make it too easy and take all the work out of it. Just get it all done in one shot? Sadly I've done chimera on 7 different occasions after I completed it for myself to just help out other people. I've done hydra a few extra times too. I don't mind helping at all but titan is an issue because of the gear check. I've got pld and blm geared in DL but now I need another 3k tokens for whm? I'm already extremely bored of AK/CM. Wish they'd increase the drops from primals to at least have a change of scenery.

I would think that allowing someone to have multiple of the same quest active would solve this. You would still have to pass each individual part as the correct job to progress in each quest, so you wouldnt be able to do chimera once and have it done for all jobs, you would have to do it 9 times, once as each job.
I think this would alleviate the frustration by allowing us to fill the role needed at the time and still progress. You could even have a team with all 9 and just do each phase 9 times in a round robin job fashion.

Why not clear on whm for the group, then have them return the favor for my relic you ask? Because you'd need to gear their whm's first, then have them learn the fight on whm and finally clear it. That'd take an extra two weeks or more most likely.

So what if it will take longer.. Apparently you would rather do it with friends and FC/LS mates then random people. So everyone learning how to play tank/healer will benefit your FC/LS for future content.
