    they can do it on a special pvp- open pvp server, but usualyl pvp is the big issue in all mmos, balancing issues after several patches usually make the jobs more boring and people cry all over balancing for years. Most developers have to take special unique abilites or make them weaker to provide a better pvp experience but usually pve sux then since the difference is what makes pve together a fun experience.
